★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First, the front office is separated from the villa itself. From the front office to the villa is +- 500 meters and the road is uphill. The views from villa is beautifull (if doesn't foggy). There is a parking lot, an elevator from parking lot to high floor, swimming pool (not big), gym center, a park on the high floor and playground for kids. The room is clean, kinda big up to 4 people/room. If you search a villa/hotel in cisarua with affordable price, beautiful views and good for your family, Villa Tjokro is a good option. Not bad for romantic trip.
*The entrance to the front office is before KFC Puncak, you can find the sign on the left of the road. Big one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of many cheap hotels in Puncak. The rooms are not too clean and comfortable. Hot water is limited and the bed is quite lousy. You should consider bringing your own bedsheet and blanket with you during your stay. However, the price is very cheap and it has swimming pool as well.

The restaurant offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner on demand. Right above the restaurant, is a big room commonly used for meetings, seminars, and parties.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a large resort area that provides a very complete facilities and amenities. There are some swimming pools, a large fish pond, a mini unnatural waterfall, a mosque, some kid's area, a grass field, and very well maintained plants. It has many villas in various space that is based on rooms inside, even it suffices for more than 1000 people to stay. A very nice view of mountain and a fresh air outside can make you feel happy and refresh your mind. Although the villas give a lot space, but the buildings and facilities inside are old fashioned, small bedrooms with not too clean bed, a smelly toilet, and the hot water doesn't work. The parking area is limited to compare with the resort width. Yeah, overall is more than enough. It's highly recommended for family who want to spend time along weekend for a nice view and atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kinda confuse to rate this Villa Tjokro, they are good and average at the same time. Can't generalise all the service provided as one whole unit to be appraised. To make it simple, ex: really affordable accomodation price, well maintained garden and landscape (old style), and spacious which are good,but on the other hand there are things that may "acceptable" considering the price, but poor if we talk about resort establishment standard. But once again they acknowledge themselves as "Villa" not "Hotel/resort", so think you're staying in a villa with sharing facilities. 3 stars in a good way, good enough to appreciate how they want themselves to be acknowledged.
