★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Villa yang cukup murah dan terjangkau dengan lahan yang terbilang cukup luas, terdapat kolam renang dan bale untuk bersantai, untuk kamar dan kamar tidur juga lumayan banyak, halaman yang lumayan luas, cukup untuk parkir mobil 3-4 mobil tetapi untuk akses masuknya dengan mobil mepet sekali dengan tembok atau pager warga.
A fairly cheap and affordable villa with a fairly large area, there is a swimming pool and a bale to relax, quite a lot of rooms and bedrooms, quite a large yard, enough to park 3-4 cars but access to the car is tight. once with a wall or a citizen's pager.
