Kekurangan : check in jam 3. Siang panas Gak ada AC. Di dapur & wc banyak serangga, kalau hujan pada bocor. Speaker gk bisa bluetooth, tv kabel pakai password yg penjaganya gak mau kasi tau.

Pros: complete facilities, instagramable,
Weaknesses: check-in at 3. Hot afternoon No air conditioning. There are lots of insects in the kitchen & toilet, if it rains it leaks. The speaker can't bluetooth, cable tv uses a password that the guard doesn't want to tell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kelebihan : Villanya luas dan bagus, kamar 4 dgn 2queenbed per kamar ada extra matras jg, bs tidur nyaman 25org. Living room luas menyatu dgn dapur dan meja makan. Gak kena mct lwt jalan pertanian.
Kekurangan : lokasi dibawah jd kl siang gak dingin dan gerah kl di dl kamar. Kebersihan lantai living roomnya kurang krn nyatu dengan dapur. Alat makan di dlm laci yg tidak ada alasnya sama sekali. Mati lampu jam 10 pagi smp saat hrs check out.
Pros: The villa is spacious and nice, room 4 with 2 queen beds per room there is an extra mattress too, 25 people can sleep comfortably. The spacious living room is integrated with the kitchen and dining table. I don't have to go to the MCT via the agricultural road.
Weaknesses: the location is below so it's not cold during the day and it's hot in the room. The cleanliness of the living room floor is lacking because it is integrated with the kitchen. Cutlery in a drawer that has no bottom at all. The lights went out at 10 am until when I had to check out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nice Villa. cocok buat big family, every room connected (pool, bedroom, livingroom, kitchen) dan sangat nyaman. Tapi bad infra and maintenance. Bathtub nya gak function, listrik gak stabil malah sempat mati lampu waktu lagi bilas di kamar mandi setelah berenang. Air keran di sink very slow, jadi harus takes a long time waktu nyuci2 piring dll. Yg paling annoy, servicenya gak sebanding dengan harganya yg mahal. Mau minta kain lap gak ada, minta pass tv media gak ada. Slow respon wa dan gak ada complement terutama untuk semua kekurangan yg gak bisa di provide. Jadi akan berpikir lagi kalau mau re-visit.
nice villa. suitable for big families, every room is connected (pool, bedroom, livingroom, kitchen) and very comfortable. But bad infra and maintenance. The bathtub didn't function, the electricity wasn't stable, and the lights went out while rinsing in the bathroom after swimming. The tap water in the sink is very slow, so it must take a long time to wash dishes etc. The most annoy thing, the service is not worth the expensive price. If you want to ask for a cloth, you don't have it, you don't have a media tv pass. Slow response wa and no complement, especially for all deficiencies that cannot be provided. So I will think again if I want to re-visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just visited this villa for family vacation on next month. The villa design is superb, it's really fit for your private family/friends gathering and beautiful place for taking pictures.
Facility : Private pool, kitchen, 4 bedroom with fan, barbeque & karaoke equipment, parking for 4 car only
Price : around 2 mio with capacity 25 guest max (inc extra bed)
Accessibility : The villa only can be reached by car and the location far away from main street, you will pass little street along the village and kinda difficult
Facility surround : You need to bring food stock, because the location far away from convenience store/resto
