★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jalan akses masuk ke lokasi cukup sempit. Untuk Kolam renangnya ukurannya kecil, kamar juga kecil.
The access road to the location is quite narrow. The swimming pool is small in size, the rooms are also small.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minim toilet dari segi jumlah maupun fasilitas, setiap ngadain acara besar seperti family gathering, atau diklat mahasiswa suka dibuat repot dgn minimnya keberadaan toilet.
Minimal toilets in terms of number and facilities, every major event such as a family gathering, or student training like to be bothered with the lack of toilets.

The view is good, it's a shame for the water facilities and the bathroom is very disappointing when I'm here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Villa dengan view terbaik, dari balkon langsung menghadap gunung. Pekarangan (rumput) luas. Ada fasilitas kolam renang, ayunan, dapur bersih/kotor, tv, karaoke dan kulkas. Sewa kasur tambahan 24rb/kasur. 4 kamar (1 dengan kamar mandi), 1 kamar mandi luar kamar. Parkiran (peluran) hanya cukup utk 2-3 mobil, 9-10 motor. Disewakan jg aula dgn bangunan terpisah. Villa dengan desain bangunan lama. Minusnya, bak kamar mandi butek/kotor.. kolam renang jg ga jernih. Enaknya, dekat dengan agen sembako di sekitar villa....
Villa with the best view, from the balcony directly facing the mountain. The yard (grass) is wide. There are swimming pool facilities, swings, clean/dirty kitchen, tv, karaoke and refrigerator. Rent an additional mattress 24k/mattress. 4 rooms (1 with bathroom), 1 bathroom outside the room. Parking (peluran) is only enough for 2-3 cars, 9-10 motorbikes. The hall is also rented out in a separate building. Villa with old building design. The minus, the bathroom tub is dirty / dirty.. the swimming pool is also not clear. The good thing is, it's close to basic food agents around the villa....

The price is very competitive compared to other villas in the vicinity so that it is almost always filled throughout the month. Make sure to order well before you stay here. Overall the Villa is quite comfortable but it is starting to look old with age, therefore it needs repainting and renovation in some places.
Villa Rena is often used as an event venue for students and office employees whose number of followers is not too many. The cleanliness of this villa is quite good but both the main room of the villa building and the bedroom are small, the bathroom is also not widely available in this villa environment so it is a bit difficult for guests if you come in a large enough group of more than 20 people.
The facilities available are not too many, because most of the tenants have brought their own event equipment. The field is actually very wide but some corners can't be used because there are sharp plants. Villa visitors can hold various events on the villa grounds The swimming pool is clean and comfortable but the size is also not large so it is more suitable for just bathing or for playing with children. The large parking area blends with the yard and can even accommodate a medium-sized bus.
