The place is comfortable, near there there is a tea garden too, unfortunately right there the swimming pool doesn't seem to have been cleaned, so it looks mossy and yellowish ...

Masukan aja buat yg jaga biar sllu jaga kebersihan.
Villanya rekomended banget.
The villa is pretty good, the swimming pool is big, the facilities are quite complete, behind the villa there is a tea plantation that can be jogging tracks, photos etc.
Just put it in for those who take care so that you always keep it clean.
The villa is very recommended.

Kurang cocok kalo buat 1 keluarga keluarga
Tapi kalo buat 4- 5 keluarga kayaknya cocok, Bisa Masak sendiri..diarea bawah deket kolam
Ada Musolah juga
Kolam renang lumayan besar
Saran saya sih, kalo emang mo disewakan untuk umum, itu alat2 keseniannya disimpen aja dulu di gudang.. biar ga rusak dimainin anak2. Soalnya pasti mahal itu harganya...
Gudangnya pakai aja itu villa yg atas..
Ex santri. Atas bawah pakai buat simpen alat2..
Jadi ruang yg ada bisa dipakai buat Aula, kumpul2 keluarga
Toiletnya benerin lagi biar nyaman
Udah pasti banyak yg sewa nanti.
The villa is a bit old..
Not suitable for 1 family family
But if it's for 4-5 families it seems like it's suitable, you can cook yourself...in the lower area near the pool
There is a prayer room too
The swimming pool is quite big
My advice is, if you really want to rent it out to the public, just keep the art tools in the warehouse first so they don't get damaged and play by the kids. Because it must be expensive...
Just use the warehouse, the villa above..
Ex-student. Top and bottom use to store tools..
So the available space can be used for the hall, family gatherings
Fix the toilet again to be comfortable
I'm sure a lot of people will rent.
