โ โ โ โ โ Lokasi luas, jalan masuk agak rusak, jauh dari toko kelontong atau warung makan, kurang perawatannya.
 The location is spacious, the entrance is a bit damaged, far from grocery stores or food stalls, lack of maintenance.

Villanya ga terawat udah kaya rumah penga dibsetan bau kayu lapuk dan lembab.

The villa is not well maintained, it's like a house with the smell of rotting and damp wood.

1. ADMINISTRASI BURUK : udah booking villa sakura dari 3 minggu sebelumnya tapi pas sampai lokasi villanya ditempatin orang lain. Alasannya admin lupa mencatat kalau tanggal yg kami mau udah ada yg booking duluan.
2. TIDAK LAYAK HUNI : karena kesalahan no.1 kami ditawarkan villa lain (cemara & palem) tapi semuanya kurang terawat dan kami terpaksa ambil villa cemara tapi dari 4 kamar hanya 2 yg masih bisa dibilang HAMPIR layak. Saat kami mau tempatipun harus menunggu hampir 1 jam karna baru disiapkan semuanya.
3. FASILITAS TIDAK BERFUNGSI : kulkas, dispenser, TV, water heater bahkan air pun tidak hidup/kecil sekali.
4. KOMPENSASI MINIM : dari semua mimpi buruk di atas kami tidak ditawarkan kompensasi dan akhirnya kami sendiri yg minta. Dari harga 1,4 jt hanya dikasih diskon 300rb padahal setengah hargapun menurut kami masih tidak worth it. Padahal kalau di hotel pasti dikasih voucer, upgrade kamar atau dibukain kamar baru.
5. AKSES JALAN JELEK : sedan atau city car pasti gasruk dan mentok. Sayangi mobil kalian.
*KESIMPULAN KAPOK NGINEP DISINI DAN GA AKAN MEREKOMENDASIKAN KE ORANG LAIN.*
*DISAPPOINTING*
1. BAD ADMINISTRATION: I booked Villa Sakura from 3 weeks before but when I arrived the location of the villa was occupied by someone else. The reason is that the admin forgot to note that the date we wanted was already booked first.
2. NOT LIABILABLE: due to error #1 we were offered another villa (fir & palm) but all of them were not well maintained and we were forced to take the spruce villa but of the 4 rooms only 2 are still ALMOST decent. When we wanted to occupy it, we had to wait almost 1 hour because everything had just been prepared.
3. FACILITIES DON'T WORK: refrigerator, dispenser, TV, water heater and even the water doesn't turn on/very small.
4. MINIMUM COMPENSATION: from all the nightmares above we were not offered compensation and finally we asked for it ourselves. From the price of 1.4 million, only 300 thousand was given a discount, even though half the price in our opinion is still not worth it. Even though at the hotel, you will definitely be given a voucher, upgrade a room or open a new room.
5. BAD ROAD ACCESS: a sedan or city car must be gassy and stuck. Love your car.

1. nice view
2. nice garden
3.basketball court
4. food was OK
cons:
1. staff not friendly towards committee of our event. they said its full booked (we choose villa bougenville at the first place, but they said only villa dahlia available at the moment), so we choose villa dahlia. but then when the date of our event, villa bougenville was empty.
2. villa dahlia is really bad: dirty bathroom, muddy water (when raining), dirty wall, pillow not fresh.
3.there's a break ceramic tiles in the pool in some spot (one of the student got cut because of that)
over all, we had fun, we put aside all the negatives and talk about it after. not gonna come back for sure. its an OK villa, with bad maintenance and bad management.
