★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most pleasant experience so far. They have humble and helpful staffs, not to mention the privacy they offer when you want to rest and enjoy a quiet sunny day besides the pool. The bathtub at silver villa is the best!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Affordable yet lovely homestay with private small pool enough to keep your kids enjoy the stay. Located just 5 minutes car drive from the Yogyakarta Palace . The interior is lovely and european style, only the bathroom is shared and semi-open, not a concern for single family but you must know in advance. Booked via aribnb.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful traditional villas with private pools tucked down the alleyways near the old centre of Yogyakarta. A perfect place for exploring this ancient city.
Great hosts, lovely accommodation, nicely secluded and quiet (except for the 7am Sunday morning children's karaoke workout at the neighborhood centre nearby). Otherwise perfect in all respects.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place. The staff is very friendly and the place is clean. The pool is perfect for relaxing and the garden has enough space for laying in the sun. Nearby are some nice restaurants with delicious food. You can close the door to the rest of the compound and have your own little realm with your private pool. I would come back in a heartbeat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We really enjoy the big room and spacy bathroom. The private pool is nice but gets quite cold in the morning. I especially liked the huge bed.
Cons: water heater mostly dont function at all, we already complain but the staff can't do much. The pool has terrible water clarity. And mind your food on the table since ants could easily get there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a tranquil place complete with wild turtledove and other wild birds singing around the compound something rarely be found these days in other places. FYI turtledove has special place in the Javanese gentlemen life.
But this place had seen better days since here n there I could find sometings that need improvements. Sorry I can’t give five stars since I encountered difficulty to place booking to this villa
