★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Villa nya sejuk tdk berisik jauh dr hiru pikuk, suasana nya nyaman, asri, dan yg paling the Best pemandangannya 180° tdk ada yg mengalahkan untuk view nya top abis, staff ramah dan area berkuda sekalian ada sarana kuda nya, water heater berjalan baik, pokoknya top deh gak menyesal
The villa is cool, not noisy, far from the hustle and bustle, the atmosphere is comfortable, beautiful, and the best is the 180° view, nothing beats it for the top view, the staff is friendly and the riding area is all equipped with horses, the water heater works well, just top, no regrets

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jalan masuk sempit, fasilitas kurang, kamar disamping villa kecil, ga ada ac, jam 9 malam mo tidur kegerahan terpaksa buka jendela, padahal di puncak tapi kenapa hawanya panas, dinginnya baru terasa dipagi hari jam 5 tapi dipake mandi ga kedinginan, tv mati, airpanas mati, pagi mandi eh airnya ga ngalir, ribet lah
The entrance is narrow, the facilities are lacking, the room beside the villa is small, there is no air conditioning, at 9 at night you are stifling to sleep, you have to open the window, even though at the top but why is the air hot, the cold just feels in the morning at 5 but when you take a shower it's not cold, the TV is off, the hot water is off, in the morning I take a shower, the water doesn't flow, it's complicated

Pengelola villa sangat tidak kooperatif, jam check in berbeda dengan kesepakatan awal survey, pengelola sangat tidak profesional. Catering makanan pun tidak sesuai. Akses jalan yg sulit di jangkau

Jalan ke villa susah tidak ada penjemputan mengharuskan jalan kaki untuk sampai ke villa. Sangat sangat tidak direkomendasikan villa ini

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kami menyewakan villa untuk gathering kantor, namun pelayanan pengurus villa sangat buruk. Dari mulai makanan, teknis masuk villa hingga harga berubah ubah. Kami berniat untuk menyewa extra bed yg pd awalnya harga yg di sebutkan 25-30 rb menjadi 35 rb. Jalur menuju ke villa pun sangat terjal dan tdk ada penjemputan sprt yang di janjikan
