Jauh2 saya visit ternyata dibelakang rumah banget itu makam umum, didepan ada kali besar yang pasti kalau hujan banjir, ga berapa jauh ada tower sutet listrik yang besar, ada tempat penampungan sampah sementara yg besar dan tempat kompos dan dibelakang komplek ada bukit besar banyak pohon kayak hutan yg dikhawatirkan sewaktu2 bisa longsor. Harga yg ditawarkan 600jt rumah dan tanah .. terlalu mahal untuk lokasi seperti itu!!!
Marketing said the location is far from graves, garbage dumps, etc. I visited far behind the house, it turned out to be a public graveyard, in front there is a large river that is certain if it rains it floods, not too far away there is a large electric electric tower, there is a large temporary garbage shelter and a compost bin and behind the complex there is a big hill with lots of trees. the forest which is feared at any time could collapse. The price offered is 600 million houses and land.. too expensive for such a location!!!
