★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kelebihan : tersedia kamar yg luas, 4 atau 5 kamar di lantai bawah. Serta 2 kamar di lantai atas. Tiap2 kamar dapat diisi 1 keluarga (dgn extra bed). Kamar mandi ada di setiap kamar. Tersedia teras, ruang tamu, balkon atas (depan dan belakang). Tersedia kolam renang. Akses yg cukup mudah
Kekurangan : tdk tersedia halaman belakang yg luas dgn rumput hijau wkwk hanya halaman depan yg digunakan utk parkiran (dapat menampung 5 sampai 7 mobil. Dibutuhkan karpet yg besar di ruang utama, hanya ada karpet kecil. View kolam renang yg kurang okeee.
Pros: there are spacious rooms, 4 or 5 rooms downstairs. As well as 2 rooms upstairs. Each room can be filled with 1 family (with extra beds). Bathrooms are in each room. Available terrace, living room, upper balcony (front and back). A swimming pool is available. Easy access
Weaknesses: no available wide backyard with green grass only the front yard is used for parking (can accommodate 5 to 7 cars. It takes a large carpet in the main room, there are only small carpets. View of the swimming pool is not good enough.
