★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sungguh sangat menyesal,& sangat mengecewakan mengajukan kredit rumah di sini, marketing nya tidak ramah, dukumen rumah tidak jelas, mulai dari PBB dll. ada sekitar 5 rumah yang di sita oleh pihak bank, saya tanya tanya kepada pemilik rumah yang di sita oleh bank, ternyata developer (Bpk.yanto) nya gak beres, pengembalian DP pun sulit,
bertanyalah terlebih dahulu kepada warga sekitar atau penghuni perumahan ini, sebelum mengajukan kredit di sini, jangan sampai seperti saya.
 Really very sorry, & very disappointing applying for home loans here, marketing is not friendly, house documents are unclear, starting from the UN etc. there were about 5 houses that were confiscated by the bank, I asked the owner of the house that was confiscated by the bank, apparently the developer (Bpk.yanto) was not right, the DP refund was difficult,
ask your local residents or residents of this housing, before applying for credit here, don't be like me.
