★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menginap disini tgl 1-2 May booking via Agoda.
Benar2 mengecewakan sekali dan sama sekali saya tidak merekomendasikan villa ini kepada siapapun.
Berikut hal2 yg kami alami:
1. Bed arrangement tidak sesuai yg diinformasikan. Diinfo ada 4 kamar dengan 3 kamar yg double bed dan masing2 ada futon nya. Namun semua futon/extra bed sama sekali tidak ada padahal kami book utk 11orang. Pengelola villa berusaha mencarikan extra bed dr villa lain dan mengantarkan jam 10.30 malam namun kualitas extra bed benar2 tidak layak pakai. Yg akhirnya pun tidak kami pakai
2. Jorok. Kamar mandi kotor tidak dibersihkan, toilet kotor, ada bekas puntung rokok, ada masker bekas pakai di lemari (yg mana lagi masa pandemi sangat tidak bs ditolerir). Ada pampers dan botol susu bekas.
3. Bath tub (mampat dr kami dtg smp kami pulang airnya tidak bs surut) , washtafel, ac (tidak dingin), kloset dalam kondisi yang rusak/tdk bs pakai.
4. Ini yang paling menjengkelkan, disebutkan di keterangan bahwa akan disediakan voucher renang untuk tamu di club house. Namun ketika kami dtg voucher tidak diberikan dan kami diminta utk bayarkan dulu sendiri nanti akan langsung digantikan. Namun klaim kami 9 vocuher seharga 450 rb tidak pernah dibayarkan meskipun kami follow up selama seminggu lebih sampai akhirnya kami menuliskan review ini. Management V Villa (Pak Victor) hanya menjanjikan kan kami akan transfer namun selalu meleset. Jadi akhirnya sudah kami relakan uang 450 rb tsb dan anggap mereka semua penipu.
Jangan sampai tertipu dan mengalami kejadian yang kami alami.
Buat pemilik Villa dan V Villa management ( Pak Victor) silahkan memperbaiki villa dan kualitas dari pelayanan anda. Thanks

Really disappointing and I absolutely do not recommend this villa to anyone.
Here are the things we experienced:
1. The bed arrangement did not match what was informed. Diinfo there are 4 rooms with 3 rooms that are double beds and each one has a futon. But all futons / extra beds are completely absent even though we book for 11 people. The villa manager tries to find an extra bed from another villa and delivers it at 10.30pm but the quality of the extra bed is really not suitable for use. Which we didn't use in the end
2. Dirty. The dirty bathroom was not cleaned, the toilet was dirty, there were cigarette butts, there were used masks in the cupboard (which again during the pandemic could not be tolerated). There are pampers and used milk bottles.
3. Bath tub (clogged from us at our home, the water cannot recede), washtafel, air conditioner (not cold), toilet is in a damaged condition / cannot be used.
4. This is most annoying, it is stated in the description that a swimming voucher will be provided for guests at the club house. However, when we were given the voucher was not given and we were asked to pay it ourselves, it would be replaced immediately. But our claim of 9 vocuher for 450 thousand was never paid even though we followed up for more than a week until we finally wrote this review. Management V Villa (Mr. Victor) only promised us the transfer but always missed. So in the end we gave up the 450 rb and thought they were all scammers.
Don't be fooled and experience the events that we experienced.
