β β β β β Tempat bagus, luas, dan cukup bersih. Disediakan alat masak. Tapi water heater tidak berfungsi, jadi mandi menggunakan air dingin. Selain itu jatah air galon hanya diberi 1 galon, padahal booking untuk 2 malam. Seharusnya kasih lah minimal 2 galon, harga galon tidak seberapa. Kena over charge karena kelebihan orang, 1 orang dikenakan biaya sekitar 100k, setahu saya dan selama saya menyewa di berbagai villa daerah puncak tidak dikenakan over charge karena kelebihan orang. Sah saja jika dikenakan over charge, tapi rasanya 100k/person agak kemahalan. gas saat hari pertama sampai divilla tinggal sedikit sehingga langsung habis saat digunakan, saya pikir tabung gas akan diganti dari pihak villa namun ternyata gas harus kita yang beli alias keluar uang lagi. Intinya, dari segi bangunan memang bagus, tapi pelayanan dari owner kurang bagus. Tolong tingkatan pelayanannya, karena jadi mikir 2 kali untuk menyewa villa ini lagi.
Nice place, spacious, and quite clean. Cookware provided. But the water heater doesn't work, so take a shower using cold water. Besides that the gallon water ration is only given 1 gallon, even though booking for 2 nights. You should have at least 2 gallons, the price is not much. Being overcharged due to excess people, 1 person is charged around 100k, as far as I know and as long as I rent in various villas in the peak area are not subject to overcharges due to excess people. Valid only if subject to over charge, but it feels 100k / person is a bit expensive. the gas on the first day until the divilla remained low so that it was immediately used up when I used it, I thought the gas cylinder would be replaced from the villa, but it turned out that we had to buy the gas, aka get out more money. In essence, in terms of buildings it is good, but the service from the owner is not good. Please the level of service, because so think twice to rent this villa again.

- bangunan bagus, interior bagus
- ruang tengah (r keluarga) di lt 1 dan 2 luas
- teras atas dengan view indah bisa lihat sunrise
- jalan depan villa sepi (jalan buntu untuk mobil)
- ada cctv
- ada gazebo dan lapangan rumput yg luasnya cukup untuk lapangan badminton
- ada kolam mini seluas 2 atau 3x bathtub
- peralatan masak cukup
Cons:
- Ada tambahan biaya sewa per kepala penginap (dewasa dan anak) jika overquota. Harus teliti dari awal hitung total biaya sewa
- Air minum disediakan satu gallon untuk dua hari menginap, sisanya biaya sendiri
- Gas untuk memasak disediakan satu tabung untuk dua hari. Sisanya biaya sendiri
- Penjaga kurang responsif atas keluhan tamu, air panas shower hanya hidup satu malam pertama dari dua hari menginap.
Pros:
- nice building, nice interior
- middle room (family r) on lt 1 and 2 area
- Upper terrace with a beautiful view can see the sunrise
- the road in front of the villa is quiet (dead end for cars)
- There is CCTV
- There is a gazebo and a lawn with enough space for a badminton court
- There is a mini pool measuring 2 or 3x bathtubs
- enough cooking utensils
Cons:
- There is an additional rental fee per head of occupants (adults and children) if overquota. You must carefully calculate the total rent
- One gallon of drinking water is provided for a two-day stay, the rest is at your own expense
- Cooking gas is provided for one tube for two days. The remaining costs alone
- Guards are less responsive to guest complaints, hot water showers only live one of the first nights of a two-day stay.
