Kondisi villa terawat. Parkir cukup luas, bisa masuk mobil dan tronton ukuran kecil. Terdapat perabotan memasak di dapur yang dapat digunakan. Menyediakan jasa catering makan prasmanan juga. Untuk pemandangan standar. Akses jalan agak masuk ke dalam via Jl. Perhutani, kondisi jalan bagus.
