Amenities: 2 private bathrooms, 2 shared bathrooms, swimming pool (1.4m flat, 2 lanes wide), kitchen (with fridge, stove, oven, also cooking and eating utensils), billiard table, living room, and balcony with couches. The owner is friendly as well. You will have a staycation well spent!

Amalura Villa is situated at the southern part of Yogyakarta City, very close to Bantul County / South Ring Road.
There are two villas, Amalura 1 (A1) and Amalura 2 (A2) ...we rent A1.
The house is big, consisting of three bedrooms with its own terrace and bathroom. Two bedrooms situated upstairs, one situated downstairs near the living room.
The house is built with unique ideas, such as concrete rubles utilized as wall, pool chairs made from tire, minimalist '- industrial atmosphere building. Wood and grey are the standout colors of A1 but the villa feels homey nice and down to earth.
There are 12 of us (included driver) who stayed during the staycation which could be accommodated well inside the A1.
The facilities are:
1. Swimming Pool.
2. Kitchen with tableware, microwave and gas stove.
3. Fridge.
4. BBQ Grill.
5. Dining table for 8 people.
6. Living Room adjacent to the swimming pool, with Sofa, Chairs, Television + simple sound system, maybe for karaoke I think.
7. 4 bathroom ( 3 for each room, 1 at the ground, near Swimming Pool).

9. Old motorcycle ( if you need to go around the neighborhood for groceries). Our driver fixed the fuse problem so I could ride around the neighborhood.
10. Kids corner upstairs, completed with dolls and toys. This corner could be utilized as musholla as well.
11. Mini library, sharing the same space with the kids corner.
Overall, our staycation was a 98% perfect experience, the price is reasonable and compared to the facility, we could say it is one of the best deal in Yogya ....the owner lives nearby and very friendly. He will give you his contact number in case you need something.
