★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pikir dua kali lah kalo mau nginep ke villa ini penjaga dan keamanannya NOL besar. Saya nginep di villa ini kendaraan saya hilang pintu gerbang gak rusak kunci gembok juga gak rusak. Bilang aman, bilang dijaga kalo malam tpi kenyataannya kendaraan saya hilang. Pikir-pikir dulu lah kalo mau nginep keseni.
 Think twice if you want to stay at this villa the guards and security are ZERO big. I stayed at this villa, my vehicle was lost, the gate was not damaged, the padlock was not damaged either. Said it was safe, said it was guarded at night but in fact my vehicle was lost. Think about it first if you want to stay in the arts.

Kurangnya, tolong tambahin gorden pada master bedroomnya yg arah pintu ke balkon
The place is comfortable, the facilities are in accordance with what is offered, the place is clean and tidy
Lack, please add curtains to the master bedroom which leads to the door to the balcony

Biasa melalang buana nginep divilla or hotel
Yang parkirannya jauh dimata..
Alhamdulillah aman sentosa..
Ini villa jauh pelosok..
Gerbang tinggi dan dirantai gembok yang gede banget.
Motor saya hilang..
Kejadian sebulan yang lalu...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalau sedang mencari villa Valencia by Villa Gue Aja, ya ini villa nya, nama di maps entah kenapa beda, mungkin ini nama villa sebelum di take over.
Menginap tgl 28-29 nov 2021.
Villa ini perlu perbaikan disana sini.
+ Mountain view nya juara
- balkon tidak terawat (atap kanopi nya sudah pada copot dan renggang, hujan ya kehujanan)
- kusen pintu dan jendela perlu sekali peremajaan
- toilet kamar mandi sebelah kamar ke2 perlu di seal lagi karena goyang
Semoga kedepannya bisa lebih diperhatikan lagi oleh pengelola.
Penjaga (kang firman) baik dan bisa diandalkan
If you are looking for a villa Valencia by Villa Gue Aja, yes, this is the villa, the name on the maps is for some reason different, maybe this is the name of the villa before it was taken over.

This villa needs improvement here and there.
+ Mountain view is the winner
- the balcony is not maintained (the canopy roof has fallen off and is loose, it's raining, it's raining)
- door and window frames in need of rejuvenation
- the bathroom toilet next to the 2nd room needs to be sealed again because it's shaking
Hopefully in the future the management will pay more attention to it.
The guard (kang Firman) is good and reliable
