Harga tidak sesuai di aplikasi. sudah bayar lunas di aplikasi, tapi masih diminta biaya tambahan lagi.
Kamar juga tidak sesuai. di aplikasi Deluxe family dengan 2 bed besar.
yang didapat kamar sempit, dengan 1 bed besar, dan 2 bed kecil.
dengan alasan bahwa yang Family tidak masuk aplikasi.
lha Lalu yang di aplikasi itu apa?
dan ternyata banyak yang mengalami kejadian seperti saya. banyak yang tertipu.

? Pertama mungkin karena last minute dan long weekend jadi harganya agak mahal, padahal rencananya early stay hanya dipakai untuk tidur 5jam saja dengan keluarga besar. Tapi dikenakannya full payment.
? Kedua fasilitas kamar dengan harga 325rb permalam jauh dari ekspektasi dan jauh dari fasilitas hotel bintang 3 yang harganya dibawah 325rb. Handuk tidak ada, pasta gigi tidak ada, sikat gigi tidak ada, sabun mandi tidak ada. Bener bener jauh dari ekspektasi
? Ketiga perlengkapan yang disediakan bener bener amburadul, saluran air westafel jebol sampai baju dan handuk yang semula dijemur dikamar mandi sampai basah semua. Penjaga ketika diminta peralatan sipil untuk saya perbaiki sendiri bilangnya tidak ada, padahal hanya butuh kunci inggris atau tang untuk mengendorkan lock dan mengencangkan kembali
? Ke empat keamanan jauh dari kata aman terutama khusus mobil, dan penjagaan. Untuk parkir mobil dibiarkan terbuka dipinggir jalan sehingga jika ada maling atau tidak kriminal lainnya sangat mudah untuk dibobol jadi setiap beberapa jam harus melakukan pengecekan untuk memastikn aman atau tidaknya. Pintu utama hotel ini yang diakomodasi oleh OYO terbuka secara terang terangan, jika ada orang masuk tidak dikenal sangat sangat gampang untuk melakukan tidakan kriminal. Cafe yang memutarkan musik itu saya lihat sampai pukul 03.30 dini hari. Bayangkan betapa bisingnya dan terganggunya kalian ketika berada di kamar dengan kondisi lelah karena perjalanan jauh. Saran untuk para pengunjung atau para traveller yang ingin melakukan penginapan sebaiknya baca benar banar review saya yang satu ini. Agar kalian tidak asal memilih hotel dengan sembarangan. Selama saya melakukan perjalanan panjang dan jauh belum pernah mengalami pengalaman terburuk seperti yang saya rasakan dini hari tadi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally disappointing, plus is only the size if the room, negative everything, wifi unstable, water not available all the time and the owner blame the customer, tv cable that you won't see anything, owner have keys that will freely in out of your room whenever they want without your consent. Ridiculous overpriced. Just stay away from this place. No pictures taken since it is so awful
