β β β β β ini veneta yang paling buruk yg pernah saya datangi. pertama kali saya dapat alamatnya dari web dan saya telepon untuk minta petunjuk jalan. si penjawab telepon bilang dari mall gading lurus aja ga belok-belok, ternyata musti belok kanan. lewat telepon saya juga tanya soal jam operasionalnya yg di jawab cuma sampe jam 5. saya pikir mungkin informasi yg ada di web tdk update. pas dateng di mejanya ada tulisan besar-besar jam bukanya sampai jam 7 malam. di boongin lagi. petugasnya juga tidak mau bantu pemesanan tinta saya yg sudah langka, padahal di seluruh cabang veneta lain yg penah saya datengin mau bantu pesankan ke pusat. tinta saya juga terlebih dahulu diperbaiki walau sudah lama ga dipakai. yg ini pelayanannya benar-benar mengecewakan.
this is the worst veneta I have ever been to. the first time I got the address from the web and I called to ask for directions. the telephone answering said that from the ivory mall, it doesn't just turn, it must turn right. by phone I also asked about the operating hours which were answered only until 5 o'clock. I thought maybe the information on the web didn't update. when he arrived at his desk there was a large writing on the hour until 7 pm. boongin again. the officer also did not want to help order my ink which was scarce, even though in all the other veneta branches that I had come to wanted to help order to the center. my ink was also repaired first even though it hasn't been used for a long time. This service is really disappointing.

β β β β β Ga sempat foto. Pelayanan cepat, harga sangat ekonomis, fyi kl mau ubah ke sistem infus, biayanya juga ga mahal.
Lokasinya mudah ditemukan, dari boulevard kelapa gading (mall kelapa gading) tinggal lurus, belok kanan ke hibrida. Veneta ini letaknya kira2 300m sebelah kiri
Cabang veneta ini merupakan cabang satu2nya di kelapa gading.

β β β β β Sebenarnya saya suka Vaneta disini dan jadi langganan. Tapi minggu lalu saya DIKERJAIN. Cartridge saya yg masih baru ditukar dengan Cartridge bekas yg sudah pernah diisi ulang. Ketahuan saat sampe rumah. Brengsek sekali cara kalian kerjain pelanggan.
Actually I like Vaneta here and become a subscription. But last week I was WORKED. My new cartridge is exchanged for a used cartridge that has been refilled. Found when arrived home. Damn how you work with customers.
