★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2017 sy pernah kesini, divonis wasir internal stadium 3 lalu sy minta terapi pengobatan sj dan dikasih obat2an yg dminum alhamdulilllah sembuh..
Tp entah knapa 2021 sy kesini lg dan di vonis wasir internal stadium 2 dan fisura, sy minta pengobatan sj dan dikasih salep2 dan obat nyeri 1 macam dan tidak ada obat minum lainnya. selang 3 hari malah muncul trombosis wasir external...
Mau konsultasi dg dokternya agak susah krn harus buat jadwal terlebih dahulu, yg kadang makan waktu beberapa hari baru bisa kesana.
Dokter dan staffnya kurang komunikatif, klo kita tidk bertanya ya kita gk dpt informasi diagnosa apa2. Antriannya jg sangat lama, saat dpt jadwal konsultasi jam 9.30 tp baru dpt giliran masuk jam 14.00.
2017 I've been here, was sentenced to stage 3 internal hemorrhoids and then I asked for medical therapy and was given drugs which I drank, Alhamdulillah healed..
But somehow in 2021 I'm here again and was sentenced to stage 2 internal hemorrhoids and fissures, I asked for treatment and was given ointments and 1 kind of pain medicine and no other drinking medicine. After 3 days, an external hemorrhoid thrombosis appeared...
Wanting to consult with the doctor is a bit difficult because you have to make a schedule in advance, which sometimes takes a few days to get there.
Doctors and staff are not communicative, if we don't ask, we won't get any diagnostic information. The queue is also very long, when you get a consultation schedule at 9.30, you only get your turn to enter at 14.00.
