★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super disappointed! With expensive price rather than others, unfriendly cashier & customer service!
1. I ask the info, they gave zero explanations
2. I ask the sample of paper and this cashier only gave me a bunch of sample paper without saying anything
3. After I ask the sample they mentioned they will give me a sample on 20-minute trough WA cause I can't stand on that place too long, I am waiting for like 3 hours and there's no WA then I ask can you give me a sample and they said you can come over (then whats the point you ask WA number)
4. When payment using the cashless, they didn't say anything until I ask, where I should scan the barcode? The cashier said nothing and only looking at me and show the barcode on the other table using her eyes movement!
However, the staff from the print desk very helpful that save the day!
I won't go to UVINDO anymore!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time I heard about uvindo is my colleague recommend me because they're cheap and open for questions. About months after, I experienced first hand, first I came in, not a lot of people, gladly, since it's 9pm. After I came in, I go to the computer for the queue ticket, fairly simple and unique, you type in your phone and name, and the ticket came out. I waited for about 5 minutes to be called, and since my design is ready, it didn't take long. After you gave the design you pay, and wait about 15 minutes, et voila.
Fyi, I came to print an A3 sized sticker without cutting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ new room concept with indoor industrial design. Maybe this is the only digital printing that looks interesting and not boring. Service to designers is fast, but the proofing process is quite long, almost waiting 40 minutes just to wait for one printed sample sheet. Can serve online orders. For input, maybe the proofing time is a little bit faster.
