★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebenarnya pelayanan dari tenaga kesehatannya baik, berkomunikasi dengan masyarakat pun sopan, tapi bagi petugas yang ada di loket pendaftaran dan pembayaran itu kurang sopan, membingungkan juga dia tidak menguasai / tdk up to date ketentuan atau perosedur yang terbaru dan memberikan informasi yang kurang tepat,
Setelah saya berbicara dengan tenaga kesehatan yang ada didalam baru saya dapat jawaban.
Sebenarnya mau saya tuangkan disini, apa yang saya alami dalam 3 hari ini, kejadian yg kurang mengenakkan, mungkin tidak semua petugas yang di loket pendaftaran tdk baik, hanya ada beberapa
