They increase importation tax (Bea Masuk) from 5% to 7.5%, and apply additional tax (PPh) 20% although the maximum from custom is only 15% (no NPWP, no tax number) or 7.5% (no API, import license)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service. Too many rules and very rigid. Cannot do any pick up although we have the receiver's account. Even if we drop it off, we still can't use the receiver's account, unless we have our own account as a shipper.
And every time receiving a delivery, including documents they will always charge at least IDR 66K for absurd cost.
While from other courier brands, this never happens.
