This station is very strategic position, which's close to the Margonda Highway, just a stone's throw from the entrance UI from the main gate, close to the Pondok Cina Station and a shaft that connects the station Bogor and Jakarta.
For students UI, so out of the door of the station, they were just waiting for the arrival of the UI Yellow Bus. For passengers from the Margonda, they've given facilities such as Pedestrian Bridges (JPO).
UI Commuter Station head state now it's much neater than the first release of the vendors around 2013-2014. Ticket service counter and the entrance has been reproduced, so that passengers entering and coming out no more crowding. In addition to the security measures even more neat to guard against indiscriminate parking vehicles and pedestrians are no longer arbitrarily bypass road from Kober Margonda to UI and vice versa.
Waiting chair also looks elongated and sufficient to accommodate passengers who want to travel in the direction of Bogor and Jakarta. Commuter station UI, I guess's one of the best station in Jabodetabek.
I really liked the safe and comfortable atmosphere both inside and outside the station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located inside the campus of Universitas Indonesia... ojek online can go inside the campus to reach the station without paying ticket... there's no long waiting line to enter the station...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great station, located right at the entrance of University of Indonesia. This station also provide rest room and praying room. The unique thing that i've found in this station, you can rent and give book donation in the white box inside station. If you would like to go to graduation ceremony, i suggest you to stop in the next station (Pondok Cina).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just like other train station, there is quite big space for waiting and circulation between passengers. If you would like to go to UI and PNJ, it's suggested to stop in this station so you can get BIS UI or BIS KUNING easier. There is also many various ATM and shopping machines for drinks and snacks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to go UI or PNJ from Jakarta, you should stop at this train station. There is UI or PNJ busway to accommodate everyone who want to get there for free. The station is clean. They have Mandiri and BNI ATM. They also have bluemarket which sell food and drink for you. They also provide a place to carge your gadget. And the unique thing is this place has some decoration with sofa in there and they called tgis place as "stasiunawsem" which means awesome station hahahaha

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to get off at this station because he wanted to visit a friend's boarding house. turns out to be very quiet, visitors can be counted on the fingers during break hours. maybe because online lectures are still being applied at UI. I was confused about the exit too. In front of the station, there were several online drivers waiting for customers who were waiting for their orders to arrive. Cleanliness in the station environment is really well maintained, even on the UI campus, although not many residents/academics passing by.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pedestrian bridge is scary dark at night. No light at all, while the stairs are steep. I had to switch on my phone flashlight or else i might stumble. It's probably the worst pedestrian bridge in Depok. And irony is, its at the train station of Indonesia's biggest university ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This train station is located on the eastern side of the University of Indonesia, and is widely used by students, lecturers and staff of the University of Indonesia, as well as the general public who live and / or do activities around the station. Because it is located on the Bogor - Manggarai, Jakarta route, this station serves the Bogor - Jakarta City (Central Line) and Bogor - Jatinegara (Loop Line) routes.
The facilities available are quite complete, such as ticket counters, prayer rooms, toilets, ATM machines, vending machines, and food stores. The officers are good enough to work in the interests of customers and ensure the safety of passengers using KRL services.
