★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dulu pernah service disini Bagus bgt tapi semenjak mechanik nya keluar jadi kurang Bagus dan jadi kurang percaya sama mechanik baru nyaa karna elektronik ga mudah dan memang memerlukan keterampilahan khusus serta ketelitian yg tinggi
Previously, the service here was good, but since the mechanics came out it was not good enough and I didn't believe in the new mechanics because electronics wasn't easy and indeed needed special skills and high accuracy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan kurang bagus, pernah ada masalah tapi terkesan tdk bertanggung jawab krna janji akan menghubungi tapi sampai sebulan tdk menghubungi... Memang saya salah kerok paket voucher indosat tapi akhirnya terkelupas semuanya tapi si mba nya juga tdk info jika skrng paket unlimited 7GB nya plastik kodenya jelek jd hrs benar2 hati2... Dan biasanya sy selalu beli 3voucher paket indosat yg 80rb tiap bulan tdk ada masalah... Jadi sejak saat ini sy tdk akan beli dsni lagi...

The service was not good, there was a problem but seemed irresponsible because I promised to call but I didn't contact for a month... Indeed I was wrong to scrape the Indosat voucher package but finally everything peeled off but the mba also didn't know if now the 7GB unlimited package has a plastic code It's bad so you have to be really careful... And usually I always buy 3 Indosat package vouchers which are 80k per month, no problem... So from now on I won't buy here anymore...
