★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the taste in the middle of the cake, when it's hot. Not to sweet... but the cheese might be too little. It would be nicer if they add more cheese. I love cheesecake

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well im little bit dissapointed about the taste. We all think that the cake is like more chessy but this cake is more to eggcake. But i love the smooth of the cake. They also give a good service for us. Recommended for you guys who loves to eat cheesecake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't live in Jakarta, never liked it, but i don't want to leave Jakarta without buying this. I don't like cheese cake that is so heavy. Uncle Tetsu's so fluffy and light and this is my kind of cheese cake.
I searched the whole mall for this shop, walking a few kilometers and felt silly when i found out that it was not very far from where i started. At that time i was still very popular and there's a long queue, but it's not too bad actually.
If you liked how cheese tastes but don't want to feel overwhelmed by it, Uncle Tetsu is the right choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well.. hearing all the hype about this cheesecake, I am kinda disappointed after tasting it. The cheesecake, more like cheese sponge cake, it's not that cheesy. The taste is very so-so, imo. I also bought their cheese tart and cheese stick. They tasted plain. Not a fan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice japanese cheese cake. It is like bolu as we call it. The structure of the cake is very soft and it has the smell of cheese too. The Japanese cheese cake is recommended. The price is a little bit expensive. Uncle Tetsu was so viral back then when it was first opened in Central Park that the line was started at 5 am in the morning, cause they have promo only pay few thousands rupiah. Although now the kiosk is not so busy as it used to be, but it's worth a try.
