Saya jelaskan beberapa kali gagal donor karena HB tinggi dan pernah disarankan mengurangi konsumsi sayur. Team pemeriksa menjelaskan HB tinggi karena konsumsi protein dan zat besi. Sayur tinggi zat besi, sehingga HB tinggi.
Telur punya protein tinggi. Jadi, disarankan mengurangi konsumsi telur 3-5 hari sebelum donor atau perbanyak konsumsi air putih.
Friendly clerk service. When I donated, the examining team asked "how many times have you donated?", "Used to cancel the donor, why?". I explained several times that the donor failed because of high HB and was once advised to reduce vegetable consumption. The examining team explained that the high HB was due to the consumption of protein and iron. Vegetables are high in iron, so HB is high.
Eggs are high in protein. So, it is advisable to reduce consumption of eggs 3-5 days before donating or increase the consumption of water.
