★ ★ ★ ★ ★ saya beli buah beberapa macam, termasuk jeruk wokam. sudah minta di cek sebelum kita ambil. keesokan harinya saat kita cek ternyata jeruk wokam setengah karton lebih bonyok & rusak. saya komplain tidak di respon. setelah 2 hari baru di respon dan infonya tidak bsa di tukar karena mereka tidak terima komplain. Sangat bobrok cara jualannya dan tidak bertanggung jawab! kapok belanja di toko ini!
I bought several kinds of fruit, including wokam oranges. already asked to be checked before we take it. the next day when we checked, it turned out that half a carton of wokam oranges was more battered & damaged. I complained, no response. after 2 days they just responded and the info couldn't be exchanged because they didn't accept complaints. Very dilapidated way of selling and irresponsible! Tired of shopping at this shop!
