Saya menghubungi contact person tersebut, saya juga mengirimkan foto2 barang-barang saya yang mau dijual lewat whatsapp. CP tersebut menyanggupi untuk penjemputan siang keesokan harinya. Setelah menunggu hingga keesokan harinya, pada waktu yang dijanjikan, CP tersebut membatalkan penjemputan dengan alasan barang saya terlalu sedikit, info dari bos nya minimal pengambilan 200kg. Sangat disayangkan CP tersebut tidak memberitahu saya sebelumnya, dan setelah menunggu lama, CP hanya membatalkan sepihak. Tolong dapat diperbaiki lagi pelayanannya, sehingga tidak membuang waktu orang dan membuat kecewa. Trims.

After waiting until the next day, at the promised time, the CP canceled the pick-up on the grounds that I had too few items, the information from the boss was that the minimum pick-up was 200kg. It's a shame the CP didn't notify me beforehand, and after a long wait, the CP just unilaterally canceled. Please improve the service again, so it doesn't waste people's time and disappoint. thanks.
