★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They refused to sell the product I wanted to buy. A simple notebook, displayed in their store. They have plenty of stock, about 20 pieces, and there is a price tag on it. However at the cashier, they say they can’t sell it due to a problem in their system. Apparently the product in this color is not yet referenced. They sell various other colors of the same product at the same price so I wouldn’t think it is so much of a problem. They could just input it manually or find a solution to sell it to me. That was too much to ask. They said it’s impossible. Very disappointed, left the store. Obviously, I cannot recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The newly opened Typo outlet in Gandaria City Mall. Located on ground floor, besides Kipling store and in front of H&M. They are selling stationary and bags. Nice stuff mostly for girls.
