They do not care about the customer at all as they are not being supervised. I had to write this review because they were so irresponsible and rude. I will never use their service again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 star very professional The staff very kind & the main staff,Ibu ,even made a special phone call to check my Immigration dates .My bule friend recommended this place to me because he has continually received great service from this company The only issue was its was kind of slow & long wait getting the ticket ,but the other competition was slow to Welcome to jakarta,Indonesia where time isnt money.
BTW they had a really cool LEADERs poster on the wall ,Like Motivational banner Nice added touch
