★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry to say but the customer services here are sooo terrible. I just want to order a charger for my laptop but I didnt bring the laptop with me. Yet I got the picture of it complete with the serial number also the votage. (THE MAN SAID HE DIDNT SEE THE VOLTAGE). I'll attach the picture later. At the end the man asked me to go to their office branch which means THEY CANT SOLVE MY PROBLEM. And also the same treatment I got from emirates. They dont give any solution.
I was talking with the man then an old man in "tempat servisan' distrubing us. The way he talked like trash and doesnt reflect any manner at all. Its really annoying.
Anyway, hopefully the HR might have an idea to improve their employee manner. So that, there is less case like mine.
And also I think this case make me realize that I should not come again to top ?
