★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tidak banyak yang tahu kalau Kebumen memiliki monumen bersejarah berupa tugu, yang kemudian dinamakan sebagai Tugu Renville, untuk mengenang gugurnya para pahlawan pemberani dari Kebumen, yang umumnya tidak dikenal dalam menghadapi agresi militer Belanda pascaproklamasi kemerdekaan RI tanggal 17 Agustus 1945.
Not many people know that Kebumen has a historical monument in the form of a monument, which was later called the Renville Monument, to commemorate the death of brave heroes from Kebumen, who were generally unknown in the face of Dutch military aggression after the proclamation of Indonesian independence on 17 August 1945.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awalnya saya agak bingung dengan alamat di google Map. Jadi tertulis, Tugu Renville, Tugu Buayan, Panjer, kec. Kebumen. Soalnya desa Tugu itu memang adanya di daerah Buayan hehehe.
Akhirnya saya telurusuri lagi, dan ini memang di kelurahan Panjer kebumen. Dari gang Gereja lurus saja sampai mentok, lalu belok kiri. Kini tugu Renville ada di tepi rel kereta api.
Tugunya saat saya datang kamis, 5 Desember 2019 terlihat bersih. Cat-nya tampak baru. Jadi semoga terus dijaga dari vandalisme. Karena tugu ini bersejarah. Para pejuang mempertaruhkan nyawa melawan Belanda.
Tugu Renville ini memang berkaitan dengan perjanjian Renville, di mana Belanda melanggar batas wilayah yang sudah ditetapkan.
Initially I was a little confused with the address on Google Map. So it says, Tugu Renville, Tugu Buayan, Panjer, kec. Kebumen. The thing is that the Tugu village is indeed in the Buayan area hehehe.
Finally I looked again, and this was indeed in the village of Panjer Kebumen. From the alley of the Church go straight until you get stuck, then turn left. Now the Renville monument is on the edge of the railroad tracks.
The thing is when I come Thursday, December 5, 2019 looks clean. The paint looks new. So hopefully continue to be protected from vandalism. Because this monument is historic. The fighters risked their lives against the Dutch.
The Renville monument is indeed related to the Renville agreement, in which the Dutch violated established territorial boundaries.
