★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jadi truffle belly ini baru buka kalau nggak salah tgl 28 Feb yg lalu. Tempatnya jadi satu sama fatbobba, dia di lantai 2 nya. Waktu aku dtg masih pagi jadi suasananya bs dinikmati dan nggak rame. Aku pesan Truffle Chicken Rice with Mentai Sauce, harga aslinya 35k, tapi lagi promo opening jadi 25k untuk dine in dan cashback 10k pakai shopee pay. Rasanya enak dan porsi ayamnya lumayan gede. Sayangnya disini saus sambalnya terbatas, jadi nggak bisa pedes wkwk.
So this new belly truffle opens if I'm not mistaken on the 28th of February. His place is fatbobba, he is on the 2nd floor. When I was still in the morning, the atmosphere could be enjoyed and not crowded. I ordered Truffle Chicken Rice with Mentai Sauce, the original price was 35k, but again the opening promo was 25k for dine in and 10k cashback using shopee pay. It tastes good and the chicken portion is quite large. Unfortunately here the sauce is limited, so it can't be spicy.

The staff is a pig dog, not a castamer service, but instead calls, please give directions from the boss, don't play with your cellphone at work, if you want to play on your cellphone during breaks, so people have to be consistent, don't study crazy, your restaurant is busy because online, it's not the one who eats at the place or the one who buys it, sorry for the driver. I got it late at night at your restaurant, I ordered from 17:30 and it was made at 18:20 minutes...

karyawan nya gak becus.. baca review2 byk yg kejadian juga soalnya..
ownernya coba deh ganti karyawan aja..
not just once, but many times I bought it never complete. the sauce is always not delivered (I always buy it online)..
the employees are incompetent.. read the many reviews that happened because of that..
the owner, try changing employees..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasinya terletak di jalan raya boulevard kelapa gading. Restonya menyatu dengan fat boba, tapi kalau fat boba dibawah, kalau truffle belly di atas. Saat masuk pintu, di suguhkan dengan interior fat boba yang sangat gemas akan warna interiornya. Kemudian naik tangga ke atas, baru deh ketemu truffle belly. Tempatnya rapih dan cantik kok.
The location is located on Jalan Boulevard Kelapa Gading. The restaurant blends with the fat boba, but if the fat boba is on the bottom, the truffle belly is on the top. When you enter the door, you are presented with a fat boba interior that is very excited about the interior color. Then take the stairs to the top, then you will find truffle belly. The place is neat and beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the first time I try this, Saikoro Mushroom and Saikoro Mentai is the best dish, paired with buttered rice it's more delicious. The truffle oil is just enough and never makes me bored with this. This is a healthy food because the beef seems to be grilled well enough, the egg is fine, and they complete it with enough amount of salad. The bad thing from this restaurant is that when it's in the rush hour, the waiting time takes very long time, probably can be around 1 hour. I also can not recommend the Boba for delivery, although the taste of the drink is delicious, they not include the boba AT ALL. Now I dislike the food because they add it with a lot of soy sauce that makes the original taste is gone, the truffle, the beef, and the mushroom taste very sweet because of the soy sauce. I'm so disappointed with this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my partner love every dish from this resto, we tries the Mushroom Sauce (light creamy mushroom sauce, savory with hint of truffle), Mentai Sauce (delicious mentai mayo a little tangy with hint of truffle), Nan Ban Sauce (it's not your usual nan ban sauce you found on japanese resto, it's fresh with some japanese style soy sauce alongside, and most importantly hint of truffle), Cheese Sauce (it's not too heavy, bcause there's a hint of tanginess on the sauce with italian herbs to balance the heavyness of the cheese sauce, not forget there's hint of truffle in it). Change your normal steam white rice with butter rice to enhance the taste! Enjoy! :)
