Direktur CV Trio Bumen Jaya Tanto Sakti Wibowo, mengatakan Trio Mall dibangun oleh CV Trio Bumen Jaya dengan nilai investasi mencapai Rp 120 miliar. Nantinya, hotel dan mall ini menempati lahan seluas 4.480 meter persegi, yang akan dibangun lima lantai dengan luasan seluruh bangunan 15.000 meter persegi. Meliputi parkir, grown floor (Trio Mall), U per grown floor (Trio Mall), lantai 1 dan 2 Hotel Trio Front Hotel.
"Untuk mall akan dilengkapi supermarket, tenant, cafe, departemen store, cinema studio, atrium, play area/gam zone dan food court. Sedangkan untuk hotel akan menyediakan fasilitas 80 kamar deluxe, 8 executive room dan 2 suit. Selain itu, juga dilengkapi fasilitas kolam renang, gym, ball room dengan kapasitas 400 orang," kata Tanto Sakti Wibowo, di sela acara seremonial peletakan batu pertama.
Tanto Sakti Wibowo berharap, Trio Mall nantinya akan menjadi ikon baru di Kebumen. "Harapannya tentu saja dapat mendorong peningkatan kegiatan ekonomi dan pariwisata di Kebumen," imbuhnya.
Sementara itu, Bupati Kebumen Yazid Mahfudz, menyampaikan dengan berdirinya Trio Front One Hotel dan Trio Mall Kebumen dan investasi di Kebumen akan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat Kebumen.
"Perusahaan yang membangun hotel dan mal ini ada di Kebumen. Sehingga pajaknya untuk peningkatan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) Kebumen," katanya.
Yazid menegaskan, hadirnya Trio Mall di Kebumen nantinya diharapkan akan menyerap banyak tenaga kerja. Mereka yang dilibatkan harus diprioritaskan warga Kebumen. Sehingga akan dapat mengurangi pengangguran di Kabupaten Kebumen. "Termasuk nantinya CSR-nya juga untuk diharapkan banyak dari warga sekitar," imbuhnya.

Tanto Sakti Wibowo hopes that Trio Mall will become a new icon in Kebumen. "Hopefully, of course, it can encourage an increase in economic and tourism activities in Kebumen," he added.
Meanwhile, Kebumen Regent Yazid Mahfudz, said that the establishment of the Trio Front One Hotel and Trio Mall Kebumen and investment in Kebumen will improve the welfare of the people of Kebumen.
"The company that built this hotel and mall is in Kebumen. So the tax is for increasing Kebumen's Original Regional Income (PAD)," he said.
Yazid emphasized that the presence of Trio Mall in Kebumen is expected to absorb a lot of workers. Those who are involved must be prioritized by the residents of Kebumen. So that it will be able to reduce unemployment in Kebumen Regency. "Including the CSR later, it is hoped that a lot of local residents will," he added.

Pada saat soft opening tanggal 8 Januari 2022 kemarin, baru dibuka untuk Trio Supermarket yang berada di Ground Floor.
Tempat ini menyediakan hampir semua kebutuhan sehari-hari, mulai alat-alat dapur, minuman dingin, mainan anak, aksesoris, buku-buku sekolah, kitab ngaji, buah, minyak goreng, snack, frozen food, dan lain sebagainya, dengan harga yang terjangkau.
Tempat ini cukup besar. Area parkir yang luas. Pada saat soft opening kemarin, sistem parkirnya masih ditulis secara manual oleh petugas, belum menggunakan tiket otomatis, dan kemarin tarif parkir motor untuk 2 jam sebesar Rp 2.000,-.
