★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sy beli tiket di travel ini, uang sdh sy transfer, bahkan disuruh tambah saldo, sy transfer dibank btpn atas nama eka irawati, sampai di bandara sy ditoak katanya belum bayar...dimana tanggung jawabnya??? dan tiba2 wa sy diblok dan di instagram juga menghilang
 I bought a ticket on this travel, I have transferred the money, I was even told to add the balance, I transferred it to the bank btpn on behalf of Eka Irawati, when I arrived at the airport I was refused and said I had not paid... where is the responsibility??? and suddenly wa sy is blocked and on instagram also disappears

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tertarik tiket promo Citilink di IG saya pesan tiket Bj.masin- Jakarta tgl 270721 utk 2 orang senilai Rp 1.143.800 dan transfer lunas 080621diterima BTPN a.n R. Nainggolan, setelah itu saya terima info itinerary perjalanan Citilink , tetapi status booking. Diminta kode booking ternyata saya harus menyetor dana jaminan/deposit Rp 1.169.640,-.
Khawatir penipuan, saya tidak setor dana jaminan dan saya batalkan dgn menarik uang tiketnya, ternyata tidak dikembalikan dan dinyatakan hangus secara sepihak.
Pengalaman yang menyakitkan, moga konsumen waspada thd modus penipuan seperti kasus tsb, Trijaya sangat mengecewakan .
If you are interested in Citilink promo tickets on IG, I ordered Bj.masin-Jakarta tickets on 270721 for 2 people worth IDR 1,143,800 and the transfer paid off 080621 received by BTPN a.n R. Nainggolan, after that I received info on Citilink's travel itinerary, but booking status. When asked for a booking code, it turned out that I had to deposit a security deposit of IDR 1,169,640,-.
Worried about fraud, I didn't deposit the security deposit and I canceled it by withdrawing the ticket money, it turned out not to be returned and declared unilaterally forfeited.
A painful experience, I hope consumers are aware of fraudulent modes like this case, Trijaya is very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hampir tertipu dengan ig yg mengatasnamakan trijaya tour dengan iming2 tiket murah. Untung saja sy hubungi via wa yg tertera di website dan ternyata rekening yg diberikan penipu berbeda. Rekening trijaya tour hanya atas nama perusahaan bukan pribadi. Overall pelayanan sangat ramah dan sangat membantu sekali.
Almost fooled by ig on behalf of trijaya tour with the lure of cheap tickets. Luckily, I contacted via WA listed on the website and it turned out that the account given by the fraudster was different. Trijaya tour's account is only in the name of the company, not private. Overall the service is very friendly and very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya tertipu dgn travel Trijaya ini dgn alih2 tiket promo PP dan saya tertipu 5 juta rupiah untuk tiket 5 orang...dan saya setelah mentransfer uang yg 5 juta karna saya menanyakan kok tiket saya tdk terbit mereka menyuruh saya mentransfer kembali dgn jumlah 4,2 jt di situ saya SDH mulai merasa tertipu....Nomor rekeninnya BNI atas Nama Muh.Yani dia mengatakan setelah mentransfer uang yg 4,2 jt kita di suruh mengirim nmr rek dan setelah mentransfer 10 menit kemudian uang akan mereka transfer kembali sejumlah 4,2 jt untung belum transfer Krn SDH merasa tertipu....travel amanah kurang ajar hey penipu ingat ya uang yg kalian makan dgn cara di dapat tdk baik akan tdk baik jg akibatnya ingat nanti Tuhan yg akan membalas semua perbuatan Kalian....untuk pihak Trijaya tour and travel yg resmi tolong kalian telusur kasus2 penipuan yg mengatas namakan travel kalian dan semoga tidak banyak LG korban2 berikutnya...Bagi si penipu hati2 perut kalian akan pecah karna terlalu banyak makan uang Haram.....saya sangat kecewa dan biarlah Tuha Yesusku yg membalas kalian
I was deceived by this Trijaya travel by transferring PP promo tickets and I was deceived by 5 million rupiah for a ticket for 5 people...and I after transferring the 5 million money because I asked why my ticket was not issued they told me to transfer it back with the amount of 4.2 jt there, SDH began to feel cheated....The BNI account number is in the name of Muh.Yani he said after transferring the 4.2 million money we were told to send the account number and after transferring 10 minutes later they would transfer the money back in the amount of 4, 2 million luck hasn't been transferred because SDH feels cheated.... the travel trust is insolent, hey cheaters, remember that the money you eat is not good, it will not be good as a result, remember that God will repay all your actions....for The official Trijaya tour and travel party, please look for fraud cases in the name of your travels and hopefully there won't be many LG victims next... Minta tolong untuk pihak yg berwenang, tolong diusut.. uang diterima atas nama Ahmad Setiawan Transfer ke Bang Jago
