★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always late. The delay can be terrible; more than an hour or so. However sometimes they leave you for arriving 5 minutes late. The shuttles aren't nicely maintained, smelly and broken ACs. The waiting room isn't too comfy and hot. Staff don't seem to care much. Probably will only return when there's really no other choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yeah affordable price that what i like. Its just only IDR 60 till 95k. And if you detailed enough you can search there is like "hot" chair (usually on unpopular hour or day) that you can buy 50% off with. But its limited and designated chair. What i don't like its the van its really pack and small space between rows. Yup, service is based on price. If you want to travel comfortably, don't use this. But if you want travel with budget and the traveling hours not that long, you can use tgis. There is another thing, sometimes (maybe usually) its came late. Like in the morning i wait for 15 minutes (but its became the schedule is same with abother pool while im at last pool) so its okay.. but in the night where i have to go back its late till 45' - 1hour. (Maybe because of the traffic) so i conclude this travel agency not that on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of public transport to Airport or Bandung city. Available bus per hour, you can reserve by phone thru their call centre or just buy ticket on the spot but maybe on weekend/public holiday it's hard to get the seat without reservation (at least one day before). This one is cheaper than the other provider. They also have a courier service, sending goods to Bandung. Cheaper and faster.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shuttles is never on time and at worst they'll be over 1 hour late.
Staff said driver was resting while customers has been waiting for over an hour.
Don't even try to sign up for membership as I've been trying to for the past year since the form for signing up is 'never delivered here'.
Not good. It's cheap but expect the customer service to be the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baraya is one of the favourite travel services in Indonesia. It offers highly cheap price. Other than that, booking seats here is super easy and you can book it by online services. Sadly, the customer service is very bad. The environment in the area is also bad. The trucks are also bad and the A/C is very hot. The drivers is also very bad and their attitude is rude.
