★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Info promo tidak sinkron antara toko dan HO, jadi bikin miskom dengan customer, ujung2nya jadi antri panjang di kasir demi nungguin orang protes harga yg ga sesuai. Antrian acak2an pun tidak ditegur oleh penjaga.
Promo info is out of sync between the store and HO, so you make a miscom with customers, in the end you end up in a long queue at the cashier to wait for people to protest the wrong price. The random queue was not reprimanded by the guard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Online shop nya parah sekali. aplikasinya primitif (barang tidak komplit dan bisa diorder tapi barang tidak ready).pelayanan chat nya hampir non existent, transaksi 2 hari masih belum diproses (alasannya kurang SDM). jika tidak mampu sebaiknya tutup dan benahi dulu toko online nya, daripada pembeli digantung di chat jadi tambah kesal.
The online shop is terrible. the application is primitive (goods are incomplete and can be ordered but goods are not ready). the chat service is almost non-existent, transactions for 2 days are still not processed (the reason is lack of human resources). if you can't afford it, you should close and fix the online shop first, rather than the buyer being hung in the chat so you get more annoyed.
