★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite large snowy area, but not as huge as expected. Very good maintenance.
You'll be given LED bracelet as a remaining play time indicator, subsequently: blue (safe) - green - yellow - red. 10 min after red is on, there will be 50% fine.
Toilet maintenance needs to be improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great time! Trans Snow World Juanda is a place where we want to share our moments either with families or friends in a different way.
Great location but not as big as I expected but it was still good. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Has enough different game stations. Must try all ya.. and you MUST wait for the snow rain..
From the entrance you need to put on a paper sticker bracelet on your hand and will be guided to shoe and bag counter where you can keep your shoes (for free) and get a free pair of socks as well. There are lockers where you can keep your belongings (rental fee IDR 30,000).
You are not allowed to bring food inside, you can order from the cafeteria.. One more thing, you MUST try the hot chocolate.. It is the BEST!! ??? Have Fun!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Could be nice place. But food terrible: they put veggies to hot dog and suaces all over so you can't hold it without getting messy. And hot tea they serve in cup without handle so you can't hold it. And it will take them 30 minutes to get u food, don't bother

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this place is a wonder since located in tropical area. nice to bring family & especially kids to let them roaming around the area. however food stall inside the area is not recommended. better to have meals in the mall .. taste better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my opinion the entrance fee for this place is pretty pricey. Considering the size of the snow area wasnt that vast.
Go there with your kids, playing slides and tubes once or twice, and they’ll get bored already.
As for the food, we were eating at the ground level, on the restaurant avenue. Because there were plenty to choose there.
