★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Akses jalan yang sangat sempit dan akses parkir mobil yang kurang memadai.
Sedikit tips : Gunakan motor apabila mau melayat, apalagi saat hari raya atau hari besar. Jangan gunakan mobil karena ada beberapa kali terjadi macet panjang atau bahkan badan mobil yang tergores/rusak karena terkena kendaraan lain atau bangunan di samping kiri dan kanan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TPUI ini sudah penuh. Tidak menerima pemakaman baru, kecuali meniban makam keluarga yg dimakamkan di sini. Kasihan jika masyarakat yg sudah tinggal puluhan tahun dekat TPU ini, tapi belum ada keluarga yg dimakamkan di sini jadi tidak bisa dimakamkan di sini.
Contohnya keluarga kami. Sudah tinggal dekat TPU ini sejak thn 1972. Waktu itu TPU masih banyak yang kosong dan belum seluas sekarang. Walau tinggal dekat TPU ini, ketika ibu saya meninggal, tidak bisa dimakamkan di TPU ini. Karena anggota keluarga yg dimakamkan di sini cuma ada 1 yaitu adik saya yg sebelumnya meniban makam om/lilik. Karena adik baru dimakamkan 3 bulan sebelumnya, maka ketika ibu saya meninggal tidak dapat dimakamkan di sini. Haduh.. akhirnya ibu dimakamkan di TPU yg jauh dari rumah.
Mungkin sudah saatnya dibuat UU atau Perda, makam tidak dapat diperpanjang setelah 8 thn atau 10 thn. Karena kalau bisa diperpanjang selamanya, kasihan bagi orang yg baru meninggal, sementara semua TPU hampir penuh.. Masa orang meninggal masih harus berebut tempat dgn org yg masih hidup..

Because there is only 1 family member buried here, namely my sister who previously carried the grave of uncle/lilik. Because my sister had just been buried 3 months earlier, when my mother died I couldn't be buried here. Ouch.. finally my mother was buried in a TPU far from home.
Maybe it's time for a law or regulation to be made, graves cannot be extended after 8 years or 10 years. Because if it can be extended forever, I'm sorry for the people who just died, while all TPUs are almost full.. When people die, they still have to fight for places with people who are still alive..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saat ini pelayanan sudah baik, untuk Pemakaman sudah tidak bisa, tetapi jika Almarhum/Almarhumah memiliki Waris Makam, bisa memakamkan dngn cara menumpuk.
Currently the service is good, for funerals it is no longer possible, but if the deceased/deceased has a grave inheritance, they can bury them by piling up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan kurang ramah, kantor sepi hanya ada 1 org pegawai, seperti tidak ada kegiatan di kantor TPU nya, banyak terjadi pungli dengan "asas bantuan" dari si orang TPU tersebut
Waktu penguburan orang tua saya. Di mintai uang 1, 2 juta, dengan alasan tenda rusak dan lain sebagainya.
Saya pernah di tawari bantuan untuk mengurus surat2 retribusi untuk Surat Makam, di tembak dengan harga yang di bilang sesuai dengan retribusi yang akan di keluarkan oleh pihak Kelurahan, ternyata setelah saya mengurus sendiri, biaya retribusi nya tidak sebesar itu
Tolong di perbaiki pelayanan nya sebaik mungkin apalagi itu pelayanan publik untuk orang yang berduka

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pegawenya kurang konsisten ni, sy dah bayar senilai 500 ribu kes,untuk peninggian dan penanaman rumput janjinya 1 Minggu beres.katanya tr di kabarin lewat wa, sekarang dah 3 Minggu ga ada kabar,di wa cuma diliat doang di tlpn ga mau diangkat teleponya...pihak yg bersangkutan mohon perbaiki pelayanan nya....mks# kwitansi di kasih tapi, Tulisan tangan ?? Apa aturan kantor nya apa gimana??.
