 Satisfied with the service at this workshop, the employees are friendly, the work is okay for the price, it is also quite affordable and does not drain the bag of course ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stlah pusing dan kesal atas permasalahan mobil krn sdh coba ke bbrpa bengkel toyota resmi..ttp tidak tertasi jg masalahnya.. sy mencoba googling cari bengkel toyota..dan ktmulah Akastra Toyota ini..dan sy mncoba kesana dan diterima dgn ramah oleh karyawan2 dan diberikan jg mkn siang..kopi lengkap dan tmpt jg nyaman..dlm 1.5 hari..masalah mobil yg rumit bisa diatasi dgn sngt baik oleh montir2 yg terbaik mmg.dan yg paling penting lg..tanpa ganti sparepart..mrka tdk akan ganti sparepart kl masih bisa di service..(tdk rakus uang)..Luar biasa Akastra Toyota..??. Smga smkin Sukses.Amin.
I've been dizzy and annoyed with car problems because I've tried several official Toyota repair shops..but the problem hasn't been resolved.. I tried googling to find a Toyota repair shop..and here comes the Toyota Akastra..and I tried to go there and was received warmly by the employees and lunch is also given..coffee is complete and the place is comfortable..in 1.5 days..complicated car problems can be handled very well by the best mechanics..and most importantly..without changing spare parts..they won't replace spare parts can still be serviced..(not greedy for money)..Akastra Toyota is amazing..??. May you be successful. Amen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Berawal dr googling2 nyari bengkel Toyota yg sesuai budget, Alhamdulillah bengkel Toyota faqih paling atas urutannya.setelah sampe bengkel diterima oleh SA Mas Helmi tanya2 n minta estimasi harga ada diskon jasa 50% + 5% dari setiap part yg diganti. Komunikasi SA Mas Helmi luar biasa. Di info detil apa aja yg sudah dikerjain..buat yg punya Mobil Toyotatahun lama saya rekomendasi kesini..value for money banget...
Starting from googling looking for a Toyota repair shop that fits the budget, Alhamdulillah Toyota Faqih workshop is at the top of the order. After arriving at the workshop, SA Mas Helmi asked for an estimated price, there is a 50% + 5% service discount for each part replaced. SA Mas Helmi's communication is amazing. In the detailed info what have been done..for those who have an old Toyota car, I recommend it here..very value for money...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From outside it looks like just another Toyota showroom, but surprisingly behind the facade there is a gigantic car workshop (car repair shop and body works).
Excellent service from the staff, they provide coffee and drink in the waiting room for customer, massage chair, karaoke rooms, fitness rooms.
They notified the estimated price, and the estimated repair time to the customer before changing parts.
Recently I stopped by for an emissions test (Rp.150.000) in preparation for the new DKI regulations and it was over quickly and professionally.
