The first red flag was when my wife was asked to pose with an invoice that wasnt ours because the sales needed a photo of a client who bought a car but already went home. Her reason was “cuma foto aja kok, soalnya td yang beli sudah pulang dan belum foto” “engga akan kenapa kenapa kok”
Then the car was delivered to us at 9pm without our knowledge nor approval, neither my wife nor I was home.

We asked for an upgrade from our 60% tinted 3m window film to an 80%, already paid for it in cash. When the car arrived, they didnt install the window film, and when we complained it said that it will be installed later this week.
Then we found out that the film thats going to be installed is an “anti gores” a downgrade from the manufacturer window shade.
*Update: sudah di klarifikasi dan diterima permohonan maaf dan tindakan lanjutannya terimakasih astrido dan tim ?
