Orderan totebag datang salah dimensi, komunikasi dengan operator yg namanya Mita banyak kendala and masalah. Pas ditanya refund, ngga pernah dikembalikan. Jadi akhirnya 20 pieces dikembalikan utk diubah, pas selesai, ukuran tali salah lagi. Aku minta diubah lagi tapi malah ditanya bayar lagi utk tambah bahan. Sangat mengecewakan dan tidak pernah ada maaf dari pihak perusahaan. Sudah hampir sebulan tektok seperti ini. Kalo dapat yg namanya Mita, hati hati. Komunikasi buruk sekali. Akhirnya saya malas. Capek.

Totebag order comes in wrong dimension, communication with the operator whose name is Mita has many obstacles and problems. When asked for a refund, it was never returned. So finally 20 pieces returned for change, when finished, the size of the rope was wrong again. I asked to be changed again but was even asked to pay again to add ingredients. Very disappointing and there is never an apology from the company. It's been almost a month tektok like this. If you get the name Mita, be careful. Poor communication. Finally I'm lazy. Tired.
