β β β β β Produknya bagus2 tapi tolong ditingkatkan pelayanannya. Jumlah pramuniaganya kurang banyak dibanding pengunjung yang datang. Jadi semua pengunjung tidak bisa dilayani dengan baik. Saya sempat bertanya tentang produk ke pramuniaga perempuan, dia menjawab dengan ketus dan kurang ramah. Saya disana lumayan lama krn memang saya mau beli tas, tapi dari awal sampai akhir saya disana, saya baru dilayani setelah saya mau bayar ke kasir.
The product is good but please improve the service. The number of sales assistant is less than the visitors who come. So all visitors can not be served properly. I had time to ask about the product to the female saleswoman, she replied curtly and less friendly. I was there for a long time because I wanted to buy a bag, but from beginning to end I was there, I was served only after I wanted to pay to the cashier.
