★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most weird customer service experience i've ever had. When the CS rep cannot even point out which terms and condition that i break and ping-pong-ing from 1 condition to another and cannot provide the evidence that i break the terms or condition. Is that even fair?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a cell phone which was delived to my house but the box was empty. Tokopedia "Ping-Ponged" me for 1 month about refunding my money and only refunded the Rp 50,600 insurance fee but never refunded the price of the cell phone. I HATE TOKOPEDIA. They are liars!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a tokopedia seller and i'm not able to login with my old HP number because it was inactive. After being ping ponged 5 emails, they asked me some real questions to submit more info. but when i wanted to submit the info, i got a bounced email saying the ticket was closed. so do you want my reply or not? terrible customer service.
