saya kesini mau beli tas , cari untuk hadiah keponakan..
tapi pelayanan bapak nya sungguh tidak sopan !
anak saya yg balita 4 tahun lagi Lihat² tas ,
Lagi pegang tas anak² yg depan nya ada gambar usap nya..
bapak penjaga nya Langsung datang , sambil beres² tas yg mau di masukan karena udah hampir tutup , bapak nya Langsung ngomong ke anak balita saya dengan tegas : "jangan gitu, nanti rusak, bukan gitu cara nya"
sketika anak saya Langsung kaget dan nangis histeris.. karena emang anak saya anak perempuan yg agak sensitif kalo langsung di tegur sperti itu , apa lagi dgn orang yg tidak di kenal !!!!
masih bagus saya dan suami gak emosi sama bapak nya itu.. suami saya sudah bilang : "maaf ya pak, anak saya soalnya gak biasa di tegur dgn keras"
dan tanpa basa basi bapak nya cuma diam aja, tidak ada etikat baik bicara baik sdikitpun dgn anak saya atau dgn kami yg ada disana..
sungguh pelayanan yg sangat buruk!!!!
apa pantas seorang bapak² tua penjaga jualan ngomong kasar dan tegas kepada anak balita perempuan yg berumur 4 tahun ? padahal saya langsung Lihat anak saya juga cuma pegang gambar nya aja dan di usap , bukan di rusak atau lain nya..
tapi betul² si bapak tua penjaga tas ini emang tidak ada sopan santun nya sama sekali!!
Tolonglah pak , kalo sudah buruk rupa , janganlah juga buruk perilaku !! apa lagi sama anak kecil ????

the guard immediately came, while tidying up the bag I wanted to put in because it was almost closed, the father immediately said to my toddler firmly: "don't do that, it will be damaged, that's not the way"
Immediately my child was shocked and cried hysterically.. because my daughter is a girl who is a bit sensitive if she is immediately reprimanded like that, what more with people she doesn't know!!!!
it's still good my husband and I are not emotional with his father.. my husband has said: "I'm sorry, sir, because my son is not used to being reprimanded loudly"
and without further ado, the father just keeps quiet, there is no good etiquette to talk even a little with my child or with us who are there..
really very bad service!!!!
Is it appropriate for an old sales guard to speak harshly and firmly to a 4 year old girl under five? even though I immediately saw my child also just held the picture and rubbed it, not damaged or anything else..
but really the old man who guards this bag doesn't have any manners at all!!
Please sir , if you are ugly , do not behave badly !! what else with a small child
