★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Td sore baru aja abis belanja disini. Sebenarnya disini udah langganan belanja popok, promina puff, milna puff dan regal atau masker. Harganya murah2 dibanding di toko lain. Tp sayang sekali kasirnya udah beberapa kali bermasalah. Pernah satu waktu beli tisu, saya beli 2, dihitung 1. Sebagai konsumen kalau mau curang sih bisa aja. Tp itu menunjukkan kasirnya ga bener ngitungnya. Jd saya balik lg untuk bayar kekurangannya.
Kejadian terulang lg sore ini. Saya beli Regal Special Quality. Dari awal masuk toko, saya disambut oleh SPG susu. Saya tdk melihat ada karyawan toko selain kasir seperti biasanya. Harga Regal Special Quality ini berbeda dgn Regal biasa. Regal biasa tertera harganya 20.500, kalau Regal Special 18.500, saya tanya perbedaannya sama SPG susu yg dari awal sudah menyambut saya. Dan akhirnya saya mengambil Regal Special dan membeli Milna Puff. Setelah ke kasir, saya melihat kembali struk belanja, dan harganya berbeda dengan yg tertera. Setelah saya konfirmasi ke kasirnya, jawabannya dengan ringan "oh berarti harganya udah naik". Tdk mau banyak bicara, karena sedang menggendong anak, saya berlalu pergi.
Tolong untuk manajemen SUSU MITRA CABANG SRENGSENG, diperbaiki lagi sistem kasir dan barcode nya ya. Saya sebagai customer mana tau harganya sudah naik. Saya melihat dari harga yg ditempel saja. Kasirnya jg ga ada kata "maaf" Semudah itu blg harganya sudah naik. Td saya liat kasirnya sedang pegangin kepalanya kayak yg lg pusing. Mungkin memang lg pusing, jd cari jawaban paling simple dan lupa minta maaf.
Kalau bisa lebih baik lagi pelayanan kasirnya, saya sudah beberapa kali belanja disana, dan pernah terjadi kesalahan. Pastikan harga yg tertera dibarang itu sesuai dengan harga di sistem. Jd saat sudah dikasir, harga tidak berubah.

I just finished shopping here this afternoon. Actually, I've subscribed to shopping for diapers, promina puffs, milna puffs and regal or masks here. The price is cheap compared to other stores. But unfortunately the cashier has had problems several times. Once when I bought a tissue, I bought 2, it was counted as 1. As a consumer, if you want to cheat, you can. But it shows the cashier didn't count correctly. So I went back again to pay for the shortage.
It happened again this afternoon. I bought Regal Special Quality. From the moment I entered the shop, I was greeted by SPG Susu. I didn't see any shop employees other than the cashier as usual. The price of this Regal Special Quality is different from the regular Regal. For the regular Regal, the price is 20,500. For the Regal Special, it is 18,500. I asked the difference between it and the milk SPG, which had welcomed me from the start. And finally I took the Regal Special and bought the Milna Puff. After going to the cashier, I looked back at the shopping receipt, and the price was different from what was listed. For the management of MITRA MITRA MITRA SRENGSENG BRANCH, please fix the cash register and barcode system, okay? I, as a customer, know that the price has gone up. I see from the price posted only. If the cashier service could be better, I've shopped there several times, and an error has occurred. Make sure the price listed on the item matches the price in the system. So when it's at the cashier, the price doesn't change.
