1. Wa tidak dibalas.
Di wa tapi ga di balas alasan lg di jalan sampe besokannya ga dibalas jg.
2. Harga tidak sesuai dengan yang di web dan yang di beritatahukan per telp.
Saya telp mau pesan mug harganya katanya 17.500 tetapi ternyata setelah datang harganya berubah jadi 20.000. Karena ada tambahan biaya design. Harusnya kan diberitahu pas di telp.jd orang tdk bolak balik.
3. Mau kemasan mika katanya bisa tapi pas datang ternyata tidak bisa. Bikin orang sia sia datang
4. Ga ada kesamaan harga antara yg menerima wa dgn yang di lokasi / tempat. Beda harganya

The place is not what I will say as cozy but its owner showed a pleasant hospitality and gave us a great deal with the price. It's just that I don't think the gave delivery service for the order we did (around 50 pcs). We need to pick it up by ourselves when it's finished.
