★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Techs to fix and service your bike. Manager is arrogant, unfriendly and unhelpful. A business like this needs someone who is passionate about cycling and happy to see repeat customers, such as I once was. A shame, because the techs who do the real work are great.

Edit: This place seems to have gone downhill over the past year. They used to do repairs as you waited. I've stopped in 4-5 times over the past few months for small repairs and every time they say the wait is 1-2 weeks. I think once they said a month. That's unreasonable for simple repairs. Today at 3pm they said service was closed, when clearly there were bikes being worked on. Today it was a one week wait to replace 3 spokes, adjust a brake, and fix a flat tire. If someone can give me a reason for this I will change my review, but I don't recommend this place right now. I found another shop near CITOS and will pick up the bike tomorrow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a bit below the suggested retail price for the asking price, so you need to up your bargain game if you wanna get a very good deal. I got mine 3.4 mio for a bike alone, whilst the retail price is 3.7 mio (see the pic). That's wow for me. Anyway, if you wanna buy something, make sure you find Mba Lina. She's one of the sales assistants there. She's helpful.
