Online order was easy and I was able to have a request to change the bouquet colour through WhatsApp BEFORE the online order was placed (to ensure stock availability). Order a hand bouquet for birthday and white roses was sent. Did not take initiative to choose a suitable colour. When contact them why choose white instead of follow what was shown on the webpage, they answer because that is what they left. WTH. Customer pay money to get leftover flower??
