★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman sangat buruk dan merasa ditipu, pesan loyang disini.
Saya sangat kecewa pesan loyang di salah satu toko disini. Nama toko RESTIKA, pemilik Haji Munadi. Kalau dari jalan dewi sartika ke gatsu, posisi toko ada di deretan kiri.
Pemilik toko berpakaian kesannya org beragama, pakai baju koko putih & peci. Tapi kenyataaannya, cara berbisnisnya tdk mencerminkan org yg berbisnis dg baik dan jujur.
Saya pesan 5 buah loyang dg ukuran custom dan dibuat dengan tutup. Saya tanyakan, apa sanggup membuat dengan tutup, katanya mudah sekali. Akan dibuat dg tutup model sliding alias dorong. Lalu dijanjikan dg bahan baru, aluminium yg bagus.
Karena rumah saya jauh, dan ongkos bolak balik mahal. Maka saya bayar lunas, dan nanti bila selesai diambil dg Gosend.
Janji beri kabar 5 hari jadi. Ternyata seminggu ditunggu gak ada kabar. Di whatsup tdk nyaut. Setelah bolak balik ditelp baru angkat. Katanya lupa, blm dibuat pesanan saya. Lusa dijanjikan bisa diambil.
Ada sebulan gak ada kabar lagi. Akhirnya sy pesan Gosend utk ambil. Ternyata setelah terima barang. Loyang yg dibuat tdk sesuai. Semua tidak ada tutupnya sesuai janji. Ukurannya juga salah. Yang paling brengsek; ada dua buah loyang yg dalamnya kotor, seperti dibuat dg bahan bekas.
Saya komplen via whatsup. Saya foto resi pemesanan dan loyang2 itu. Tidak ada respon. Saya minta uang saya dikembalikan. Tidak ada respon.
Ini saya share foto orangnya. Resi dan loyang2 itu. Supaya anda punya pertimbangan. Sebelum anda memutuskan belanja atau pesan disini. Anda bisa menimbang resikonya.
Jangan sampai kecele dan rugi seperti saya.

Pembantu saya suruh kesana utk kembalikan barang. Yg terjadi : dia dikerubungi org2 situ yg gayanya seperti preman.
Pemilik toko tidak mengaku membuat barang salah. Katanya bahan yg dipakai ya seperti itu. Juga tidak mengaku pesanan saya semua akan dibuat dg tutup. Lalu katanya barang yg sdh di tangan pembeli tdk bisa dikembalikan.
Jelas sudah saya tertipu. Niat gak beli loyang dari cina, tapi beli di perajin lokal, ternyata seperti ini. Padahal saya lagi buat prototipe dan mau produksi banyak.
Bye2 kompor cawang. Semoga rejeki yg didapat dari menipu pembeli tdk benar2 melahirkan karma buruk bagi anda.

I am very disappointed to order a baking sheet in one of the shops here. Name of RESTIKA shop, owner of Haji Munadi. If from the sartika goddess road to Gatsu, the store position is in the left row.
The dress shop owner feels like a religious person, wear white koko clothes & peci. But in fact, the way of doing business does not reflect business people who are good and honest.
I ordered 5 pieces of baking pan with a custom size and made with a lid. I asked, was it possible to make it with a lid, he said very easily. Will be made by closing the sliding alias push model. Then promised with new materials, good aluminum.
Because my house is far away, and the cost of commute is expensive. So I paid in full, and later when finished with Gosend.
Promise to give 5 days. It turned out that a week was waiting for no news. On whatsup it doesn't work. After back and forth, just lift it up. He said forgot, but my order was made. The promised day can be taken.
There is a month or no news anymore. Finally, Gosend's message was to take. It turns out that after receiving the goods. The baking pan is not suitable. All there are no caps as promised. The size is also wrong. The worst; there are two trays that are dirty inside, like made with used materials.
I'm compliant via whatsup. I order receipt photos and cookies. No response. I have my money returned. No response.

The shop owner does not claim to make wrong items. He said the ingredients used were like that. Also do not admit my order will all be made with a lid. Then he said the items that were in the hands of the buyer could not be returned.
Obviously I was fooled. The intention is not to buy a baking dish from China, but buying it at a local crafter turns out to be like this. Even though I again made prototypes and wanted to produce a lot.
